Our system automatically sends both order confirmation and shipping notification emails.

  1. First, please check your spam/junk folder.
  2. If you still cannot find the emails, it usually means that your email provider is blocking our automated messages.

The most common providers with this issue are:

  • yahoo.com (and other regional Yahoo domains)
  • hotmail.com / outlook.com
  • Some domestic/local email providers (e.g., web.de in Germany).

If you use one of these, please confirm whether our emails arrive.
When you cannot receive them, please log in to your account page to check your order status and tracking information directly.
