We accept return/refund under four categories:
1. Customer Responsibility
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the package. Reasons like change of mind, not reading the description, or mistaken purchase are covered here, and you must pay the return cost. We'll refund the amount minus the initial shipping cost. Returns of opened brand-new sealed items are not accepted.
2. Our Responsibility
Report any manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the item. We cover return costs up to $25 (you pay any excess). Keep the shipment receipt and provide photos or videos of the defect for returns or refunds.
3. FedEx Returns for Unclaimed, Refused, Insufficient Address (including Unknown/Moved)
No refunds for items not received due to customer's failure to claim, refusal, or providing an insufficient address.
4. Shipping Damage Refund
If items are damaged during shipping, please open the package, take photos of the damaged cards, and report the number of damaged cards for compensation. Our warranty is considered strictly on a playing base. This means compensation is provided for damaged cards only, and there is no compensation for damage to boxes or carton cardboard. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
