Why was my order automatically cancelled? (Fraudulent order detection system)

Our store uses an automated system to detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
If your order matches certain risk factors, it may be automatically cancelled. This can sometimes happen even if you are not placing a fraudulent order.
Examples of risk factors include:

  • Billing address does not match the address on your credit card.
  • Zip code mismatch with the credit card’s registered address.
  • Order placed through a high-risk internet connection (e.g., proxy, VPN).
  • Distance between shipping address and IP address location is too far.
  • Security code (CVV) not provided.
  • More than 3 failed payment attempts.

⚠️ If you use a hidden IP address (VPN/proxy), the system will treat the order as fraudulent, and it will be cancelled.

  • If your order was cancelled due to a mismatch or error (e.g., wrong billing details), you may place the order again with the correct information.
  • However, if your account is flagged as malicious or abusive, it will be permanently blocked. In that case, you will not be able to place any further orders with us.

These measures are in place to protect both our store and genuine customers.
